This kit was purchased from Bottlhead.com as a birthday gift for myself during early COVID-19 (March).
Wow, what a build, and what an improvement to my Bottlhead Crack I bought from them months prior. There was one issue at the end of the build, but that was resolved through their forum and troubleshooting.
But first, the finished circuit and chassis!
What a looker. Not bad for my second full project, but definitely space to improve upon. I want to upgrade my wire strippers to an automatic one, that’ll really help for these longer projects.
I assembled the chassis with the help of several squares and a strap clamp, after which I applied several coats of a glossy yellow spray paint. Unfortunately I didn’t have access to a clean room for the painting, but the imperfections leave a charming, warm character.
